Hi Chris, Thank you for your lovely products and service. I am an Australian mum to be living in France and after researching merino clothing and bedding online I found your company to be the most appealing. In particular is the fact that you actually supply 100% merino sleeping bags! many other companies advertise this but after looking more closely they are often a cotton sleeping bag with a thin merino layer on the inside. The quality of the pieces you supplied is very high, and I will not hesitate to spread the word about the wonderful benefits of merino, and your company. Many thanks, Jessica

Hi. I bought a sleeping bag at one of the multiple birth meetings last year. We hardly used it, but the domes have come off and left sharp pins. Can this be replaced? Thanks, Karin Zentveld

Hi Karen, my appologies I did have some issues with the first batch of sleeping bags and I have now replaced using steel domes with plastic ones that do not come out. If you send me back the sleeping bags I will replace the domes for you with the new plastic ones. Cheers, Chris
